If you have downloaded or designed a sticker sheet — a single image with many stickers arranged in a neat grid — you still need to break it into individual files before you can upload them to LINE. Doing that by hand in an image editor is slow and error-prone. This guide shows the fast, reliable way.
What is a sticker sheet?
A sticker sheet is one large image that contains several stickers laid out in rows and columns, usually separated by transparent or white gaps. Artists often export their whole set this way because it is easier to design and preview. LINE, however, wants each sticker as its own file.
Why manual cropping is painful
- You have to count rows and columns by eye.
- Even a 1-pixel misalignment drifts worse with every cell.
- White borders between stickers make it hard to know where one ends and the next begins.
- Exporting 8, 16, or 40 files one by one wastes time.
Split a sheet in 4 steps

1. Upload the sheet
Open the cutter and choose your sheet image. PNG is best because it keeps transparency. The image is processed entirely in your browser — it never leaves your device.
2. Set or auto-detect the grid
Type the number of rows and columns if you know them. If the sheet has clean gaps between stickers, switch on “cut along gaps” and let the tool detect the real row/column boundaries from the transparent or white spaces. This is the trick that stops misalignment when cells are not perfectly even.
3. Preview and fix

Pro tips for cleaner results
- Keep a transparent background in the source sheet when possible — it makes gap detection far more accurate than a white background.
- Watch the 1 MB limit. LINE rejects stickers over 1 MB. The tool warns you so you can compress before uploading.
- Name them as you go. Set a prefix (for example
cat_) so the exported files are already organized instead of01.png, 02.png… - Reject the duds early. Excluding a weak frame renumbers the rest automatically, so your set stays tidy.
